TFZ T2 Galaxy: Unboxing and Packaging
A series of headphones TFZ T2 Galaxy came to us in a pleasing to the eye in a white box. The frontal part is transparent and we can see what is packed inside. Also on the front of the written company name and model.
On the back side are written the main characteristics of the headphones.
Inside the box we found the following components:
- Six pairs of silicone ear cushions with S, M and L sizes
- Clip for clothes
- Leather bag for transportation
- Operating Instructions, Warranty, and Promotional Flyers
As for its price range, the headphone package is quite good.
The box itself is solid and at first, glance gives a pleasant impression. Also, the presence of a white leather bag for headphones is a good bonus.
TFZ T2 Galaxy: Design and Appearance
The TFZ T2 Galaxy headphone case is made of two parts in the test. The outer part is shiny aluminum, with a distinctive convex circle and a printed company logo.
The inner part is made of plastic. There is also a hole for bass reflex on the side of the ear.
On the side edges of the inscription: on the left side, the address of the manufacturer’s website and on the right side the model designation.
The body shape was shaped quite ergonomically, which also applies to the smooth transition between the body and the coupling.
Of course, physiognomy is a separate topic, but for me personally, during testing of the TFZ T2 Galaxy, I did not find fatigue or discomfort from the long wearing of headphones.
Good sealing of the duct should be considered as a plus, which has a positive effect on the insulation. In this regard, TFZ stands out slightly above average.
The cable used is the undoubted advantage of the new version.
A conventional rubber-insulated cable was replaced with a stronger twisted pair that would not get entangled when worn in a case.
Fortunately, besides the cord, the plug was also replaced.
The old plug was thin with a long and flexible core. The new cable uses a thick straight plug with a rubber tip to prevent the cable from breaking into the base.
When I first picked up the TFZ T2 Galaxy headphones in our analisis, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials. As for the price, these are well-designed headphones with high-quality assembly and good materials in execution. Let’s get to the most important thing and find out how the headphones sound.
TFZ T2 Galaxy: Sound
I used the following sources when testing TFZ T2 Galaxy headphones: Aigo Z6, Colorfly C10, Hidizs AP60, Samsung Galaxy S6, Shozy Alien, xDuoo X3, xDuoo XD-05.
I must say that the phone does not give the full performance of the headphones themselves. Therefore, I recommend using a good music player.
Bass is the dominant band, although it is not the typical BassHead headphones.
Combined with the rather soft bass character, the TFZ T2 Galaxy gives a slightly unnatural and depressed sound of instruments, as if the diaphragm in a drum or double bass strings were slightly stretched, which loses a variety of bottom.
However, with quieter electronics and pop ballads, long reverberation along with low descent can vibrate and sometimes even give a hypnotic show.
Mid-tones are clearly bass-based and are additionally cleaned, which reduces the reception of music. Once again, it turns out that stringed instruments are not very strong for TFZ – they play too much for too long. This applies to both guitars, harp, and piano.
In turn, the saxophone surprises with it’s deep and natural sound, which does not tire even with prolonged auditions.
Trans or progressive House offering a sleek and relaxing sound in the TFZ T2 Galaxy in the test.
The vocals look very good and natural. This is especially audible in female singing, which approaches us and gives the impression of closeness. Male vocals are not far behind, offering a very realistic sound.
The high frequencies are impressive in the new version of the TFZ T2 Galaxy headphones as for its price in the analisis. Virtually every instrument has strengths – from the violin through the flute to percussion instruments.
However, the stage was designed very well in terms of acoustics. I haven’t met a $ 60 headset that could create such a good illusion of space around the listener.
The details of the sound, according to this price range, are average. Although the amount of information transmitted is very large. The sound characteristics clearly cover part of the micro details.
TFZ T2 Galaxy: Conclusions and Reviews
TFZ T2 Galaxy offers good and high-quality sound with better performance and better dynamics than older TFZ headphones in the review.
Also worth noting is the build quality and the cable itself, which has good reliability thanks to a strong twisted pair.
The headphones have a rather interesting offer for people who love more progressive bass and deep sound.
In addition, the sound is filled with good detailing of instruments, such as a saxophone, and the genres of trance or house music do their job very well.
