Solice V7 is an affordable wireless speaker, which came to us on the review. Now we will find out what it is capable of and what competitors it may face in the mobile device market.
Wireless speakers are becoming popular as wireless headphones. I start everything often and often see teenagers who like to listen to music in parks or on sports fields. Therefore, they are mostly intended for young people and price matters.
Solice V7 is available only on Amazon and the price is just under $30. So in this full review, we will tell our impressions, minuses, advantages and whether it is worth its price.
The tested version of the Solice V7 has two speakers of 8W of power, a built-in 2200 mAh battery, IPX6 moisture protection and much more.
Let’s get down to our in-depth review of Solice V7.

Solice V7: Unboxing
A compact color box came to us, on the front side – a drawing of a V7 speaker with a company and model logo. On the back side are the main functions of the wireless speaker.
Inside there is a small speaker in protective cellophane, instruction in English, a micro USB cable, an AUX 3.5 mm cable and a metal mount on a backpack or bicycle.
In general, for its price, $30 Solice V7 speaker is well equipped.
As for packaging, you can notice that it is designed for an active lifestyle. Now let’s take a closer look at the external details.
Solice V7: Design and Appearance
When you first take the Solice V7 speaker in your hands, it is compact and pleasant to hold in your hands in the test. By weight, it is not heavy, even when carrying, you will not feel discomfort. The dimensions and weight are 204.5 x 53.5 x 75.0 mm and 340 grams.
Solice V7 is made of solid matte plastic in our analisis, which is well built. I did not find squeaks or other sounds. The quality of the assembly and materials corresponds to its price.
On the front of the metal mesh with labeled SOLICE. It does not have a decorative element but is designed to protect the two built-in speakers inside the case.
Also behind the grid, you can see a blue indicator of the status of the column and mic.
The control buttons are located on top of the case. They are mechanical, as it may seem at first glance, so there will be no accidental clicks like on touch.
I also liked the buttons, because even with total darkness tactility I can control the speaker.
On the back side of the Solice V7 is a rubber cover. In the extreme left corner is a slot for a micro SD card up to 32 GB and a 3.5 mm jack (AUX).
Directly next to it is the micro-USB port, through which the built-in battery (2200 mAh) and the red charging indicator charge.
On the right side, I see a fabric holder. On it, you can attach a special ring that comes in the kit.
A very convenient solution, so carrying a speaker on a loop of a backpack or bicycle will not be a problem.
At the bottom of the column are two rubber feet. Immediately very run ahead of that at maximum volume, the speaker is very active on a flat surface. Therefore, in order not to scratch the column or your desk – rubber feet are needed here.
It is also worth noting that the wireless speaker Solice V7 in the test has protection against splashing water standard IPX6. With a slight rain, you can not worry, but it is impossible to wet under a direct stream of water.
Solice V7: Connection
At present, it is difficult to find a Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connection on the speakers. Although in the budget headphones this is a common connection. Therefore, I would like to see it in the future on wireless speakers.
Solice V7 received Bluetooth 4.2 in our test. This does not mean that this is an old wireless connection. In our test, it has a good and strong signal up to 10 meters, I did not find any problems. The fact is that the new version of the connection is more energy-saving and the energy consumption is less than in 4.2.
When you first connect a column with your device. The first thing you need to do is press a couple of seconds on the power button. The flashing blue LED will light up – this is the pairing mode. Next, go to the Bluetooth menu on your device and connect to Solice V7.
Everything is simple and intuitive, nothing complicated, I did not notice when connecting. When paired with a mobile device, the indicator will turn blue.
Solice V7: Control
The control takes place through the buttons on the top of the speaker or through the player on the mobile device.
Let’s go through the controls of Solice V7.
The first left button is to enable and disable or reset the settings if you hold it for 10 seconds.
The second button is mode switching. A short press toggles modes, such as Bluetooth, Micro SD, and AUX mode. It also serves to answer a phone call or hang up.
The third button is a pause or play. Minus – with a short press of the previous track switch and with a long press – decrease the volume. Plus – similar to minus, with a short press of the next track, and with a long press – an increase in volume. The last button is the equalizer switch.
Solice V7: Sound
As I mentioned above, the Solice V7 wireless speakers in the analisis have two speakers of 8 watts each. This power is enough for both indoor and outdoor.
The frequency range is standard and from 80 to 20.000GHz. The sound volume is within 80 dB.
In the speakers, there is a profile for audio distribution – A2DP, AVRCP, and HFP. Therefore, stereo even through a Bluetooth connection is no different than through a wire.
The sound quality on the Solice V7 is in my opinion very good. For this size, the bass is very strong, and I also like the low and mid frequencies.
The sound is clear and I really enjoyed it in all my test songs. At maximum volume, I did not hear any annoying sounds and distortion.
Compared to Wahrfedale Diamond 10.1, the Solice V7 sounds very good. It is also worth noting that such bass is installed on the speakers as if they look like a subwoofer. If you listen at maximum volume, the speaker will walk on the table, and in your hands, you will feel the vibration from the sound.
Regarding call quality? If you are talking at a distance of half a meter, then the interlocutor will hear you with strong echoes. If the distance is reduced to 15-20 cm, the sound of the interlocutor improves. The microphone is located behind the protective grid, so long talk will not convenient. I also noticed that in the call mode only one speaker works, in my case it is the right one. I heard my interlocutor well, but the sound is very deep.
Solice V7: Battery
The battery life is about 3.5 hours at maximum volume. If you listen to at least 60% – autonomy will be about 18 hours.
Compared to the JBL Flip 4 which has 3000mAh, the Solice V7 has similar autonomy but with 2200mAh. Also, do not forget about the price, as these speakers are in different price categories. But if your battery is not sitting at the right moment, you can connect via the AUX wire that comes with it.
Also, consider the price, do not expect fast charging. The device is charged through the old micro USB port with 5V and 1A. Full charge time will be about 3 hours.
Solice V7: Conclusions and Reviews
Solice V7 is a budget column that is suitable for young people in our review. It has an attractive price, good appearance, build quality at a good level.
As for the sound? If you want a strong and bass sound with subwoofer tones, then Solice V7 is what you need.
The battery life has good performance with 2200 mAh, you can listen to music for a whole day.
Call mode is not at an ideal level. But if you need to talk for a short time when your hands are busy, then Solice V7 would be a good option.
Solice V7: Price and Where to buy cheaper?
The wireless speaker is available only on Amazon, and now you can buy Solice V7 at an attractive price for only $29.98.
In conclusion, I would like to note that for its price the Solice V7 provides a good clear sound that will accompany you during training on the sports fields or during active life.
