We continue with the leaks, and there are rumors coming from South Korea that ensure that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 camera will come with the dual sensor and 3x optical zoom. The Galaxy S8 takes little more than a month in the market and rumors are already pointing to the upcoming launch of the firm.
If so, we would see a new example of how to deploy two sensors in the back of a terminal. The addition of this new type of sensor could place the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 camera in the top positions of the photo rankings.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 camera will be double and with optical zoom
It seems that Samsung’s new phablet will incorporate dual rear camera with a 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor and a 13-megapixel sensor with the photo lens that will allow a 3x optical and non-digital increase. This would come to compete with the 2x surge that incorporates terminals such as the iPhone 7 Plus or the new Xiaomi Mi6 on one of its two rear sensors. It also comes close to the optical 5-camera camera that Oppo presented at the MWC this year and that caught the eye.
It is possible that the technology used by Samsung is somewhat similar to that presented by Oppo. The lenses will have to go parallel to the rear of the terminal with the sensor also perpendicular to it and a prism at the end of the path that changes the direction of incident light 90 degrees. This way, the space is better taken advantage of and the objective is not prevented from overtaking the terminal, something they have achieved with the Galaxy S8 improving from previous years. This will allow a more beautiful and elegant design with a more polished lines and will be less exposed to bumps and scratches that spoil the lens.
It is expected with great desire that Samsung incorporated a double camera in its star device. It is something that almost all other brands have already incorporated or will do so in the next releases and that Samsung was expected to launch with the Galaxy S8. So from the big companies, it only remains that the Korean one hit the table and present what could be, now, the best camera on the market.
