Sabbath E12 Ultra: Unboxing

The box, as in the previous generation, is made very soundly. The front part shows the headphones themselves with the name of the model and company. On the backside are technical specifications in Chinese.

Inside the box, I immediately see good instructions in Chinese and English.

Under a thick cardboard instruction lies a charging case with headphones and interchangeable ear pads.

The number of ear pads is impressive – in total, I counted seven pairs with different sizes.

Also under the cardboard ear pads, I found a separate box with a Type-C charging cable and a fabric carrying case.

Indeed, as I already mentioned in the review about Sabbat E12, the new generation Ultra E12 received a similarly large kit and it pleases that the money was not wasted.

Sabbath E12 Ultra: Design

The new Sabbat E12 Ultra model is made of high-quality plastic and it is very pleasant to the touch. I ordered headphones with an interesting camouflage pattern and they look unusual.

The headphones themselves are small, they sit well in the ear and do not bulge. Even with prolonged listening to music, I did not feel any discomfort.

By weight, each headphone got 4.3 grams and in practice, I hardly felt any weight in my ears.

On the front side of the headphones is a physical button, not a touch button, as many might have thought from the picture. But immediately note that pressing is light and does not cause discomfort when worn. Also next to the button is an indicator of red and white.

On the inside, the Sabbat E12 Ultra already has glossy plastic, and not matte, as on the outside. Here I see a two-pin connection for charging, a channel designation and a compensation hole. The latter is intended to prevent a vacuum effect.

There are microphone holes on the bottom. The sound guides have the right angle to the body and the base is protected by a metal mesh from dust and dirt.

The manufacturer indicates that the Sabbat E12 Ultra received protection against IPX5 water. This means that light rain will not interfere with listening to music and playing sports. But I would not recommend taking a shower with headphones.

As for the case, as you can see from the unpacking, I ordered a camouflage color, but I got the case in black glossy color. Although the box shows the camouflage color of the case and I ordered the same one was depicted on the site. Oh well, I can’t call it a minus.

Now let’s go through the charging case, on the back, there is a Type-C port for charging, 4 indicators of the charge level and the inscription Sabbat is written on the loop.

The lid has a magnetic connection and a little backlash, but the headphones inside hold well.

The sign of wireless charging is visible on the bottom and this is really a big plus.

I want to note that while using boxing, fingerprints will be clearly visible on a glossy case. Therefore, it is not surprising that the manufacturer added a fabric carrying case to the kit.

Sabbat E12 Ultra: Connection and control

The Sabbat E12 Ultra Wireless Headphones have received Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connection. Inside the headphone, a Qualcomm 3020 chip with support for the aptX codec was installed. When connected to the phone, the aptX codec is automatically connected.

I didn’t have any problems with the quality of communication and the same with the delay. The connection is stable and holds the signal without interference.

According to the controls, one click on the Sabbat E12 Ultra – play/pause, double click – the next or previous track, depending on the channel, and a triple press – increase or decrease the volume. It is also worth noting that with a long press on the button leads to a voice assistant. For control functions, I put a good plus.

Sabbat E12 Ultra: Sound

As I already mentioned, inside the Sabbat E12 Ultra earphone there is a 10 mm dynamic emitter and it really produces the most pleasant sound.

The wireless headphones have surrounded and deep sound, high frequencies sound distinctive, detailed mid-range frequencies and fairly deep bass.

As you already understood, low frequencies are well expressed with pleasant surround sound and deep sound.

It is also worth noting that the volume margin exceeds expectations and listening at maximum volume is sometimes impossible.

The new generation Sabbat E12 Ultra received surround and detailed sound, so now Sabbat can easily compete with models such as KZ T1 or Whizzer TP1.

The quality of the microphone is average, but talking in loud and noisy spaces is possible. The interlocutor hears clearly, as I heard him.

Sabbat E12 Ultra: Battery

Another feature of the Sabbat E12 Ultra is its good runtime on a single charge, as each earphone has got 60 mAh battery capacity.

During testing, the Sabbat E12 Ultra headphones worked for 7 hours at maximum volume and this is an amazing result. You also have the opportunity to charge through a charging case with a capacity of 750 mAh.

The charging time will be about 1 hour through the Type-C port, wireless charging is also present.

Sabbat E12 Ultra: Conclusions and Reviews

The Sabbat E12 Ultra wireless headphones exceed their expectations even from unpacking to sound quality.

Thanks to the Qualcomm 3020 chip and support for the aptX codec, the sound in the headphones is really chic and you will enjoy high-quality sound.

The build quality is up to the mark, nothing holds together and performed flawlessly.
