The manufacturer Jabra is known for its high-quality headphones and belongs to a not quite budget price category. In its list of models, the company began its activities with wired headphones. But recently, wireless headphones have become very popular and last year the manufacturer introduced the Jabra Elite 65t. Since the yard is already 2020 and the company does not stand still, now you can meet an updated model called the Jabra Elite 75t.
In this article, I will tell my opinion after testing wireless earbuds, as well as the main disadvantages and advantages.
As for the price? You can now order Jabra Elite 75t for about $174.99. Of course, the price is not the lowest and budget, but Jabra has never been a budget brand.
The main features I can attribute are the perfect appearance, protection against water and sweat by IP57 standard, good battery life up to 7.5 hours and the presence of Type-C, HearThrough technology and the presence of four built-in microphones.
What to expect from the new generation of Jabra wireless earbuds, you will learn in a detailed review below, but now I suggest starting with unpacking.

Jabra Elite 75t: Unboxing
A rather interesting box came to my test, which had a typical size as that of its competitors. On the front part, you can see the name of the model, the pattern of the earbuds and the main features.
Inside the box, I found the following items, such as the charging case and earbuds, also in a separate box were a set of silicone ear tips, a Type-C charging cable, and an instruction manual.
The packaging looks very presentable and has all the necessary components for full-fledged wireless earbuds in 2020.
Jabra Elite 75t: Design
The first thing that catches your eye when you first see the new generation of the Jabra Elite 75t is its size. The case of the charging case is very duplicate, like the earbuds themselves, even if compared with the previous generation Elite 65t.
The dimensions of the earbuds were 21.9 x 19.4 x 16.2 mm and a weight of about 5.5 grams. The charging box received dimensions – it is 62.4 x 36.6 x 27 mm and weighs about 35 grams. Indeed, the earbuds sit perfectly in your ears and are comfortable in playing sports. After listening to music for 3-4 hours in a row, I did not feel any discomfort and my ears almost did not feel the weight of the device.
The earbud housing is made of matte plastic with a combination of gray and black. The build quality is at a very high level and when listening to music I did not feel any extraneous creaks or other annoying sounds.
One of the main features of the Elite 75t is the presence of four built-in microphones throughout the body of the headphones, where two of them are noise-canceling microphones. The company did a very serious job on the quality of the telephone conversation and I will talk about this a little later.
On the front side, there is a mechanical control button with the Jabra logo, an LED indicator, and holes for the main microphone.
On the inside, you can see two contacts for charging with a magnetic connection and a channel designation. The sound guide got a good tilt angle and a rather long size.
The bonus is the presence of protection against the water of the IP57 standard, so you can not be afraid of rain or sweat during heavy training in the gym or in the stadium. Naturally, you can’t swim in the shower or in the pool.
The charging case is made of the same nice matte plastic in black. The build quality is high, the lid opens without any problems and has a magnetic connection.
The Jabra logo is stamped on the front, and on the back, there is a Type-C port for charging and an LED indicator.
The appearance of the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds does not stand out, but it is the simple design that makes the device cute and versatile in its class.
Jabra Elite 75t: Connection and Control
Like any wireless headphones, the new generation Jabra Elite 75t received Bluetooth with version 5.0. In addition, there is support for audio codecs AAC and SBC. During the testing of the earbuds, I did not find any loss of connection and the signal remained stable within a radius of 10 meters.
The earbud connection is very simple and intuitive, so I don’t see any difficulties in it. In addition, the company offers an application called Jabra Sound+, in which you can configure a large number of useful features. For example, adjust the equalizer graph for yourself and thereby remove the bass, increase the middle frequencies or set the settings as you prefer more.
There is also an interesting “Sidetone” function, where you can adjust the microphone volume level so that your voice sounds clear and comfortable for the person you are talking to.
You can activate the HearThrough function, which will completely isolate the surrounding noise and set the HearThrough level for yourself using the slider.
As I already wrote, Jabra decided to use mechanical control rather than touch control, so that there would be practically no accidental clicks.
One-click on the left earphone activates the HearThrough function, and on the right – play/pause/accept a call. Double-tap on the left to skip the track, and on the right to call the voice assistant. Triple tap on the left channel – previous track or turn off the microphone during a conversation, and on the right – hold a conversation on the phone. Hold for about 2 seconds on the left – decrease the volume, and on the right – increase the volume.
Jabra Elite 75t: Sound
Jabra has a lot of experience in the quality of the sound of wired earbuds and the price of the Jabra Elite 75t is determined by the sound quality.
Of course, thanks to the proprietary application Jabra Sound+, you can set the equalizer settings for the genre of music that you will hear and the earbuds will open to a very wide range of sound.
I would also like to note that budget earbuds do not have such good optimization and settings as the new Jabra model, although at the same time the earbuds can not boast of a strong technical characteristic.
The low frequencies stand out well and have a very harmonious and dynamic sound. Especially, this applies to bass, they are really very deep and massive here.
The mid and high frequencies got a pleasant and most importantly clear sound, even at maximum volume levels. The manufacturer did a good job on the sound quality of both female and male vocals. The voice of the performers sounds clearly around you and I will not see any shortcomings.
Musical instruments sound as clear as possible and you can hear each instrument separately, that is, sounds do not merge into a bunch.
I want to say that the Elite 75t does not have a Qualcomm chip, aptX support, but sounds much better than its top competitors, for example, Apple AirPods Pro, HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 and many other models.
In addition, the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds do not have ANC active noise reduction, but with passive reduction and HearThrough functions, you can completely isolate yourself from ambient noise, like the HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 model.
The quality of the microphones is very high, the interlocutor will hear you no worse than on a smartphone, or even better. If you compare the sound quality of the microphone in noisy places, then the voice is heard clearly, and extraneous noise goes into the background.
Jabra Elite 75t: Battery
The manufacturer indicates battery life up to 7.5 hours, but I did not find any information about the built-in battery and how much it is. According to my assumption, a 55-60 mAh battery is installed inside the Jabra Elite 75t earbud case.
Testing the earbuds at maximum volume showed a result of about 6 hours and 40 minutes. Naturally, it is impossible to listen at maximum volume, and at 60-70% the autonomy of the charge will be approximately 7.5 hours.
Similarly to the earbuds, I did not find information about the battery capacity of the charging box. But according to the manufacturer, with it you will get an additional 28 hours of battery life, which is not bad at all.
The charging time for the box and earbuds through the Type-C port will be approximately 2.5 hours. Jabra Elite 75t does not have wireless charging.
Jabra Elite 75t: Conclusion and Reviews
After testing the Jabra Elite 75t wireless earbuds, I was left under the amazing effect of sound quality. Of course, earbuds cost their money and they sound an order of magnitude better than Apple AirPods Pro or HUAWEI FreeBuds 3.
The earbuds have an ergonomic design that is comfortable to wear even for a long time. A comfortable fit makes it easy to play sports and when running, the headphones do not fall out.
The mechanical control will provide all the possible functionality that is available. For example, not every brand has volume control and track switching.
I especially liked the proprietary application Jabra Sound+, which will help you adjust the sound for yourself and set the equalizer sound correctly for a particular genre of music.
If we compare battery life up to 7.5 hours, then the new Elite 75t earbuds are far superior to their competitor, namely the AirPods Pro.
Jabra Elite 75t: Price and Where to buy cheaper?
Now you can purchase Jabra Elite 75t wireless earbuds for just $174.99 and a small discount.
If the budget allows you and you want to get the best possible sound, then I can definitely recommend the device for purchase.
