The EACHLINK H6 Mini may look like a normal Android TV at first glance but has a lot more to offer.
In general, such a TV box always comes to your own area of application and what else you might have on devices in the household.
By that I mean, for example, if your TV already has a SmartTV function. But even if, these SmartTV features are often rudimentary, limited and very slow.
Because I prefer a separate device, be it a TV box or the well-known FireTV sticks or boxes. So, let’s see the main specs of EACHLINK TV box.

EACHLINK H6 Mini: Design and Appearance
The packaging of the EACHLINK H6 Mini is in plain brown. The logo as well as some details, in addition, the European test marks are on the side.
The package includes an HDMI cable, TV box, EU power plug, remote control, and instructions.
The EACHLINK H6 Mini in our analisis is available in black color. The case itself is made of plastic with the manufacturer lettering on the top.
On the front of a small display is incorporated, which displays the time. The housing is made entirely of plastic.
The design is thus rather simple and functional. With dimensions of 9.60 x 9.60 x 1.90 cm, it is also very small and with a weight of just 120 grams also very light.
On the bottom are the ventilation slots and four rubber feet ensure a secure footing.
The processing I would call good, although here and there gaps are visible. Especially the small display on the front is not quite clean incorporated in the housing.
On the left side, there are 2x USB 3.0 ports and a TF card slot. On the back of an HDMI 2.0, AV, optical output, Ethernet (LAN), SPDIF and the DC power connector.
Unfortunately, you just have to make small cuts in the WLAN, because the TV box supports only the 2.4 GHz band with a maximum of 50Mbps.
With a LAN cable then transfers up to 100Mbps are possible. In addition, a connection via Bluetooth 4.0 is possible. The optical audio output also supports 5.1 surround sound output.
The remote control is operated via the included USB dongle, so it goes for a USB slot on the TV box on it.
The remote itself consists of a simple plastic with rubberized buttons. The most important functions can be accessed directly, such as power, mute, home, volume and possibly even switch programs through.
EACHLINK H6 Mini: Hardware and Performance
The Allwinner processors are not known for their performance, as here with the 1.8GHz Allwinner H6 quad-core and the Mali T720 GPU.
This also confirms the benchmark with AnTuTu of just over 32,170 points and 611 single-core / 1690 multi-core in Geekbench 4.
Also, the write speed is not very high at 67-99MB/s, a read-access test did not work.
So the fact is the box is definitely not suitable for playing, but do not be fooled by the values, because in my test played the EACHLINK H6 Mini even large 4K content without any problems.
And that will probably be the main scenario of such a TV box.
EACHLINK H6 Mini: Software
The system of EACHLINK H6 Mini is based on Android TV 7.1.2, has the latest security patch installed. The system is very good and clear to use.
First, there is also the English system language, as well as all state-of-the-art features that should support a 4K box, such as. HDR +.
The account setup on the Google Play Store worked fine and all apps can be installed.
But there are not only the Android TV settings but under “advanced settings” also all the usual and common menu items, which are otherwise used to Android.
The surface of the EACHLINK H6 Mini TV box is simple and well arranged, indeed based on Android 7.1 TV.
With the plus symbol, you can deposit your own favorites on the start screen. Underneath is the actual Apps menu, where all installed apps are displayed. About the gear, in the end, you get into the settings.
Since one puts here on Android TV, you can naturally also all apps quite simply from the existing Play Store install and receive thus also their updates directly from there.
Playing 4K content, whether from YouTube, Netflix, DLNA network stream or a USB 3.0 hard drive, plays the EACHLINK H6 Mini without any problems.
EACHLINK H6 Mini: Conclusions and Reviews
I have to say, I’m actually positively surprised by the EACHLINK H6 Mini TV box in our review. Both the performance, as well as the delivery is right.
The design can certainly argue and the small deficiency was the slight gaps, but hey, that is a TV box and not a smartphone, so that’s okay for me.
The TV box plays all important media formats without any problems, no matter if MP3s, 4K videos via USB, network or via streaming like Netflix, Youtube or RKMC.
Yes, the performance is somewhat limited with the Allwinner chip and is not suitable for gambling, as the least TV boxes.
The control and operation run without any jerks and an intuitive remote control get on top of it.
In addition, all important apps and features of EACHLINK have been integrated, so that nobody should miss something.
And even if an app is missing, it can simply be downloaded from the Google Play Store. This is a clear advantage for me, for example, a FireTV and is not so cut by Amazon.
The EACHLINK H6 Mini TV box is quite as cheap with just about $55, but it offers you the freedom that is often missing, for example, in the FireTVs and you are independent of the Amazon planet, which is well-known system and there simply apps (Youtube, Kodi, etc.) or remove functions, because something does not fit.
EACHLINK H6 Mini: Price and Where to buy cheaper?
Now you can buy EACHLINK H6 Mini TV box at a good and low price of just $ 55.99.
As you drive in my opinion with a self-sufficient Android TV box better, but you have to decide for yourself. The EACHLINK TV Box gets a buy recommendation from me in any case.
