Finally, Zeblaze has presented a real revolutionary smartwatch operating under the Android system. The watch is called Zeblaze THOR 6 and in this review, I will tell you about all the functions and features that are not found on any smartwatch.
Today’s smartwatch model has not just received a modern look and premium materials, but also excellent technical specs.
Of course, the price of Zeblaze THOR 6 will not be the most budgetary and will cost you $170. Indeed, they cannot be called budget smartwatches, but let’s see why such a high cost.
The updated generation of THOR 6 received a large 1.6-inch IPS screen, a modern Helio P22 processor, 4 and 64 GB of memory, the Android 10 operating system.
According to its technical specifications, I can draw the main conclusion that smartwatches are the new blockbuster among smartwatches. Therefore, now I offer my preliminary review, in which you will learn about the main advantages, but also disadvantages.

Design, build quality and materials
Zeblaze THOR 6 is not just a modern smartwatch with good technical specifications, but also a good combination of materials and build quality.
For example, smartwatches have received a ceramic coating around the screen. This is not the main feature. Since most smartwatches already have this combination of materials.
But the reverse side of the smartwatch has a usual, but durable matte plastic. In general, the build quality is at a high level and I did not find any squeaks or other sounds.
If we talk about dimensions, then Zeblaze THOR 6 received 54 x 51 x 17.8 mm dimensions, and the weight of the device was 74 grams. Yes, this is not the most compact and lightest watch. But on the wrist, they look nice and harmonious.
The manufacturer offers three different options – red, blue, and black. But these colors will only change on the strap, but the watch case will always be the same color.
On the front of the watch is a large 1.6-inch touchscreen IPS screen with a resolution of 400 x 400 pixels. There is a small black border around the screen, which is almost invisible. In addition, the screen received a protective glass on the front panel, which protects against accidental scratches or even drops.
As for the quality of the screen, it is a quite high quality here. The color reproduction is at a decent level, and the brightness with viewing angles is enough for everyday use. Of course, the screen is not as saturated as an AMOLED matrix, but I cannot call IPS technology bad either.
A selfie camera is located at the top of the screen on a ceramic edge. It can be used for both video calls and personal data protection. That is, the latter function works like on smartphones and you can install face recognition protection. I want to note that the face recognition function works well and recognizes the face quickly, but this is with good lighting.
There are two control buttons on the right side of the Zeblaze THOR 6 case. Where one is for turning on the watch, and the other for going back. Between the keys, the main camera was installed for video or photography.
On the back of the smartwatch, there is a heart rate sensor, a five-pin charging connection, and a nano-SIM card slot. I can also point out that the slot opens very easily and you don’t need to use any screwdrivers.
The last thing to talk about is the silicone strap. The strap itself has received a width of 24 mm and it is not difficult to guess from the picture that the strap is removable. Therefore, replacing it with any other option will not be a big hassle.
Performance, user interface, and features
As I mentioned at the beginning of the article, Zeblaze THOR 6 was equipped with a completely new processor – Helio P22. This chipset is often found on budget smartphones such as Samsung Galaxy A10s, Oukitel WP8 Pro, Doogee S58 Pro, and other models.
The Helio P22 processor is powered by an eight-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.0 GHz. The graphics accelerator IMG PowerVR GE8320 is used with smartwatches from the Zeblaze brand.
Yes, you could run heavy games, but playing with a small screen will be problematic. But light games such as Angry Birds, Subway Surfers, and others can be played with ease on your wrist.
I was especially surprised by the amount of memory, the THOR 6 watch model received 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory. Thus, the built-in memory will be enough for music, programs, and even photos.
The smartwatch has two built-in cameras with a resolution of 5 megapixels each. Of course, the quality of the photos will not be the highest quality. But given the fact that these are all such smartwatches with small dimensions, the camera shoots pretty well.
Another feature for many Android smartwatches will be a major upgrade to version 10. In fact, Zeblaze THOR 6 is the first watch to run Android 10 OS. Previously, almost all Android smartwatches ran on the Android 7 operating system.
On the main screen of the THOR 6 smartwatch, there are a large number of different watch faces. The manufacturer guarantees over 1000 watch faces. But when you hold the sensor on the main screen, you get into a menu of 10 watch faces.
Therefore, in order to set more, you need to go to the very last watch face from the list and press the plus. Then you can install a large number of watch faces, but this requires a wireless Internet connection or a 4G network.
The main menu with all applications and functions is located to the right of the main screen. Here I found – this is dialing of a phone number, messages, contacts, settings, Play Store, sports modes, camera, music player, and much more.
Like any Android smartwatch, the new THOR 6 model has the ability to receive phone calls and messages. That is, you can easily install a nano-SIM card in your watch and make calls, just like on any smartphone. At the same time, the quality of communication is at a good level and the interlocutor heard me well, as well as I heard them.
In addition, the Play Store allows you not only to install modern applications but also games as well. I could easily use even social networks, for example, Instagram or Facebook. However, replying to messages was sometimes problematic, since the screen area is rather small.
If you swipe down from the home screen, you will get to the quick settings menu. In this menu, I found such features as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, do not disturb mode, settings, 4G connectivity, battery level, and many others.
To the left of the home screen of the smartwatch, there is a menu of recent notifications or updates. Here you can track missed calls, messages, and other important information.
Also, after swiping up, you will be taken to three widgets. The first widget is a tracking of your activity, there are steps, distance, and calories. The second and third are music player controls and weather, respectively.
On my own behalf, I want to note that the user interface management is very simple and intuitive. In addition, I did not notice any freezes in the control. That is, every swiping or transition to any section or menu was smooth and fast.
Battery and run time
An important feature for many smartwatches is battery life. In the case of Zeblaze THOR 6, things are not as bad as I expected. An 830 mAh battery was installed inside the watch case.
It is able to work for about 1.5 days with active use. The manufacturer promises 60 hours of standby time or almost two and a half days. In terms of numbers, the watch is capable of working for about 5 hours when watching a video or about 6 hours during a calling conversation.
A full discharge from 0 to 100% will take you about one hour and 15 minutes.
Conclusion, reviews, pros, and cons
Zeblaze THOR 6 is definitely one of the most productive smartwatches I’ve ever tested. For a long time, the Zeblaze company did not show new items of real smartwatches and there were probably many reasons for this.
After my first acquaintance, I really liked the new smartwatch THOR 6. For example, I can attribute to the positive features of the new Helio P22 processor, a large amount of memory, Android 10 OS with smooth and fast operation.
In general, this watch can replace any smartphone for you, since it has exactly the same features and functions as a smartphone.
Of course, there were some negative aspects. The disadvantages I can attribute is that this is not the longest battery life, and the size and weight are not suitable for everyone.
Price and where to buy cheaper?
Now you can buy a new generation of Zeblaze THOR 6 smartwatches at an interesting price – $169.99 with a 43% discount.
Considering its capabilities, the amount of memory, and functions, I can definitely recommend the watch for purchase.
