Syllable company produces high-quality wireless headphones, for which it is not a shame to talk. Although Blitzwolf is similarly not bad, who orders the same model of headphones at the same factory only under different names? I cannot disclose detailed information, but to make a detailed comparison of the Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 is not a problem for me.
In this article, I will write about the main features, the difference in sound quality and much more.
The prices for both models are almost identical and amount to about $ 37.
If you compare the design, then it is completely the same, although the technical specs are different. For example, the Syllable S101 will have about 10 hours on a single charge, and the Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 will take only 4 hours. If you look at the characteristics table, both models have 50mAh battery capacity and 500mAh case capacity.
Therefore, I propose to start comparing the two wireless clones and find out which one is better.

Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7: Unboxing
Syllable S101 came to us in a black small box, and the BW-FYE7 model has a white box with green inserts. On the front of both boxes, the name of the company is written and without any drawings.
Inside the boxes, I found the same equipment – a charging case with headphones inside, two pairs of earpads, a manual and a charging micro USB cable.
I also want to note that even the earpads of the two models are similar in design and color.
Well, the equipment is no different from each other, maybe the build quality and materials are different?
Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7: Design
As you can see, I did not notice the differences except the color scheme. The headphones are made of plastic, but it is a high-quality plastic that does not creak. After testing for several days, I can note that Syllable and Blitzwolf have good build quality. I did not hear all the gaps in their places and extraneous sounds.
On the front of the headphones are a mechanical-type control button, a hole for the microphone and a notification indicator.
On the backside are two contacts for charging and channel designation – left or right. Also through transparent plastic, I see two dynamic 6mm drivers. The sound guide has a slight slope and this is good.
Seen from the inside, there are no differences between the Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 headphones. But the external part has differences – this is a blinking LED. When the headphones are connected, Blitzwolf has a blue flicker with a frequency of 7 seconds, but Syllable removed the indicator operation so as not to consume excess battery power.
What about the sizes? Both models are identical and received 26 x 13 x 30 mm dimensions and a weight of 5 grams of each earphone. I want to note that these are not compact wireless headphones, as you might immediately think about advertising pictures.
Due to the two dynamic drivers, the headphone sizes are not small and bulge quite out of the ear.
There is still a difference, as the manufacturer of each company indicates, for example, in the Syllable S101 headphones, protection against water and splashes is IPX6, while Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 has only IPX4. Will, there be a difference in practice, I think not, but both models will not be afraid of rain or spray.
The charging cases on both models are made of metal, but the lid is plastic and has a magnetic mount.
The dimensions of the case are also identical and are 70 x 33 x 35.5 mm and a total weight of 65 grams with headphones inside. In general, the size of the boxes is not large and putting in your jeans pocket will not be a problem.
On the front side, I see a charge level indicator, and on the back, there is a charging micro USB port and a button for notifying the remaining charge level.
Well, the design of both the Syllable S101 and the Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 in the test is well and smoothly implemented, considering its price.
The difference is only in color, notification indicator, and water protection standard.
Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7: Connection and Control
Both models of headphones received the latest generation of Bluetooth 5.0, which is very pleasing since the transmission of communication is almost lossless and the minimum delay between the signal source. During the test, the headphones caught a signal through two walls in the room at a distance of 10 meters.
The connection is similar to that of most wireless devices, the first thing is to turn on the headphones and go to the Bluetooth menu on your device. The connection is quick and easy, and of course, the further connection will be automatic.
The control, as I mentioned, does not touch, but there is a mechanical button on the front side of both the Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 and the Syllable S101 in our test.
On two models of headphones, the functions are similar. With one press – play/pause, double press – increase or decrease the volume, triple press – call voice assistant. Also, when holding for 2 seconds – switching the track forward or backward.
Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7: Sound
Now about the most important thing – does the sound quality differ on the two models? Yes, it has and I want to note that both models have their sound character.
For example, the Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 wireless headphones have quite strong and surround bass, which is good to listen to more electronic and dynamic music. But the model Syllable S101 did a good job of medium and high frequencies, which received good detail and clarity in the sound. The latter is well suited for rock and classical.
As I wrote above, both models received two dynamic emitters, one which is designed for low frequencies, and the other for medium and high frequencies.
Of course, the sound quality of both models is not the highest, if we compare wired headphones with the same price range.
There is also a difference between the headphones, Blitzwolf has the AAC connection protocol, and the headphones from Syllable received the aptX protocol. The S101 headphones will be slightly better in connection quality.
But the microphone quality in both models has almost no difference. In a quiet and calm place, the interlocutor hears legibly, but in noisy places, the effect of the speakerphone is obtained.
Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7: Battery
Given that both manufacturers write the same battery capacity in 50 mAh inserts and 500 mAh battery capacity, but in practice the values of battery life are different.
In my test, with a maximum charge level, the Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 headphones worked for almost 3.5 hours.
The model Syllable S101 is also at maximum volume, the battery life was a little more than 7 hours.
The charging case time was about 2 hours via the micro USB port on both models.
Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7: Conclusions and Reviews
I analyzed and made a comparison of both Syllable and Blitzwolf models, I can say that even with the identical appearance, they have several differences.
For example, the Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 headphones received bass and surround sound, but the Syllable S101 does not have strong pronounced bass, but the mid and high frequencies are well balanced and clear.
Also pleased with the battery life of Syllable, that at a volume of 70%, you will get the result in 10 hours. Given the identical characteristics in the capacity, why Blitzwolf headphones have shorter battery life – this will remain a mystery.
Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7: Price and Where to buy cheaper?
You can now buy the Syllable S101 and Blitzwolf BW-FYE7 for $36.54 and $37.70.
Even though Syllable wireless headphones are cheaper than Blitzwolf, they are made a little better and better, given a more detailed and clear sound and longer battery life.
