Today we bring you an unboxing and review of the OUKITEL K7. It is a smartphone with good features, but especially with a great battery. Nothing more and nothing less than 10,000 mAh capacity.
Previously we talked to you and we made the test and review of your brother of the same brand: the Oukitel K10000 Max and Pro versions. So if you want to meet your older brother, stay and continue reading.
If these two titans seem too much in terms of autonomy, you can also take a look at the Oukitel K6000 Plus. Let’s, see the main specs of OUKITEL K7.

Everything was packed in an extremely bulky but also sturdy metal and leather case. The whole thing costs $215 as the import, but is it worth it?
OUKITEL K7: Unboxing
This time the OUKITEL K7 comes in a very robust and quite wide black cardboard box. Although knowing what it brings inside it is not surprising that they have taken a little care and that they come well protected.
The box is black and the only thing we can see on the front is the logo of the company in the center and the name of the phone on the lower right side.
When we open the box we find this huge smartphone.
Around the phone, we see different cardboard boxes where the rest of the accessories of this gigantic phone come.
One of the accessories is a very elegant leather case. Then I leave some images so you can see it in detail:
Contents of the Oukitel K10000 Pro box there are OUKITEL K7, Micro USB cable, Power adapter, OTG cable, Extraction tool, Certificate of guarantee, User’s manual, Protective back cover.
OUKITEL K7: Design and Appearance
The OUKITEL K7 in the analisis is very striking for its appearance, but especially for its size. In the front, the first thing that catches our attention is its metallic edges that contrast with the black tone of the phone.
According to the brand, this smartphone is built with metal edges and calfskin.
At the top are the secondary camera and the typical sensors. In the lower area, we see the touchpad, not the retro-illuminated silver color that is placed outside the screen, something that as you know I personally prefer.
The headphones plugged in on the top, the special micro-USB cable with the much longer plug on the other hand on top. Please DO NOT lose the cable!
The back of this smartphone is black except for a metallic box in which the fingerprint is integrated.
In the upper area we see the dual main camera next to its double led flash and in the lower part is the logo of the company in metallic color.
As for the sides, on the right side, we find the slot of cards and physical buttons, on the right side there is nothing.
In the upper area of this device is the 3.5 mm mini Jack port. In the lower area is the microphone, the speakers and between them is the micro USB port.
With dimensions of approximately 168 x 78 x 14.5 mm and a weight of 302 grams, the OUKITEL K7 is the absolute heavyweight among smartphones.
I NEVER had that in my hands. The case is a mixture of metal, plastic and a kind of leather. The latter is only used on the back.
This is supposed to be Australian calf leather. In any case, the fact that it was only very thinly applied to a plastic lid.
OUKITEL K7: Display
The 6.0-inch display resolves to 1080 x 2160 pixels. The glass is not bent towards the edges and thus looks very “two-dimensional”.
Fingerprints attract it magically, the surface is a bit “dull”.
The quality of the display is fine, even if it reflects colors in my eyes a bit too bluish. Also, you can see a slight clouding on the bottom just above the three sensor buttons.
Incidentally, they are used to operate Android 8.1. The maximum brightness could be higher, also there is a notification LED has not been donated by OUKITEL K7.
OUKITEL K7: Hardware and Performance
OUKITEL K7 in the test has a processor MediaTek MT6750T Cortex A-53 eight-core 1.5 GHz speed.
It has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. As a graphics processor mounted a Mali T860 MP2 650MHZ GPU, with which we can play without problems.
The SoC scores just under 56,404 points in the current AnTuTu benchmark.
In Geekbench 4, it is enough for around 659 scores in the single core and 2701 in the multi-core.
For the gamer among us, it is apart from rather simple knitted now conditionally suitable.
OUKITEL K7: Connectivity
LTE is also offered in this popular band 20. The transmission and reception performance is rather satisfactory, the sound is still ok.
The maximum volume is okay, the small speaker sounds a bit “scratchy”.
OUKITEL K7: Camera
As for the photographic section, this OUKITEL K7 comes with dual main camera of 13 megapixels and 2 megapixels with double LED flash and a secondary camera or selfie of 5 megapixels.
The OUKITEL K7 features an aperture of f/2.2 on the back.
The picture quality, the contrast and the sharpness of the pictures were ok. Unfortunately, there were considerable problems with my model with autofocus.
Focussing on a certain point was almost impossible, as a result, the pictures are often blurred.
It is quite possible that only my model had a problem with it. Videos are recorded in Full HD. The quality is also not outstanding.
OUKITEL K7: Software
It has Android 8.1 operating system and has a fingerprint on its back.
This is a standard stock Android, as on previous phone models.
In our test, we did not find any brakes in the system, everything works smoothly and well.
In general, this is a stable operating system, but as for updates, we are not sure, since we did not receive them during our review. Most likely we will not get until the next update to Android 9.0.
But it’s not so bad, this staff has other features of this battery, let us now move on to it.
OUKITEL K7: Battery
The most striking and important of this OUKITEL K7 in the analisis is that it has 10,000 mAh capacity.
In addition, it has fast charging via micro USB cable. According to the company, this battery is equivalent to 33 days using 4G, 55 days with 3G and 77 days with 2G.
In my usual use with two e-mail accounts & WhatsApp and 2 hours of Spotify a day, I came out almost 4 days without a power outlet.
As you can see from the results, the screen on time has 21 hours of full charge and this is really a very large indicator of autonomy.
We can also use the OUKITEL K7 as a power bank since we can charge other phones thanks to the OTG cable that comes in its box.
The only thing that we will have to do is to connect both by this cable and we will pass load from the K7 to the other smartphone in which we do not have barely a battery.
As you can see it is not one of the lightest and smallest phones on the market, but you will have to choose between size or a very large autonomy.
OUKITEL K7: Conclusions and Reviews
It is a large OUKITEL K7 smartphone but at the same time can meet the expectations of any user thanks to its large battery in our review.
It is a smartphone in which we will have to sacrifice things like weight, since it is not one of the lightest in the market, because it has great autonomy for days.
The smartphone itself is also quite powerful but also turned out to be robust. Technically, it offers only mediocre, but who puts on an enormous term value is the OUKITEL K7 right.
OUKITEL K7: Price and Where to buy cheaper?
Last I would like to note about the price tag. Now you can buy an OUKITEL K7 phone at an attractive price for only $216.77.
This is a modern phone with a good autonomous work and an interesting appearance.
