Buyers of the Bluetooth headphones AirPods from Apple provide the In-Ears a good testimony and would buy them again. The wireless headphones even reach the highest ever measured satisfaction score of an Apple product. This is the result of a survey among almost 1,000 buyers.
In a survey conducted by market research firm Experian and Creative Strategies, where 942 Apple buyers participated, 82 percent said they were “very satisfied” with the in-ear headphones. A further 16 percent said that they are “satisfied” with their purchase. The remaining two percent are spread over the statements “neither satisfied nor dissatisfied” and “dissatisfied”.
As a result, the AirPods achieve the highest level of satisfaction with all Apple products tested so far. The first iPhone reached a satisfaction rate of 92 percent in 2007; The first iPad also brought it to 92 percent in 2010. The Apple Watch succeeded in 2015 with 97 per cent a similarly good value as the AirPods.
The study participants emphasized the short loading time of the AirPods. They also gave praise for the design of the charging tray and the very simple coupling process, the battery life and the general comfort.
